At this point it looks like they're either doing a controlled rollout of the update (even for unlocked phones) or they have stopped the rollout due to some unreported issue. I'd say we're just going to have to play the waiting game at this point.

Telstra/Boost SIM card. Phone is outright purchase, and was SIM-unlocked out-of-the-box. Not a drama. Shows that it's really all about Amazon /Shop BB devices, apparently... :-D

I'm thinking the "leave the updates on publicly accessible servers for Sachesi to find" is an extension of that semi-laissez faire.

Wish that was reality and we didn't have to wait for carriers to push in order to use Sachesi. (excluding "blitz" etc..)

Not only that, Blackberry Link also reports no updates available beyond the current 10.3.1.2576.

Yup, I like you have not seen it yet. I got my Passport from shop.blackberry late last year. It came with 10.3.0. When 10.3.1 dropped I got it within a couple of days. Don't know where 10.3.2 is - as of now still nothing.

Interestingly enough, my buddy got 10.3.2 on his Passport the day it was released, but here I am nearly two weeks later and still nothing.

I have 2 Z30 STA100-5s and 2 Leaps that I take care of (mine, wife, partner, staff) that are all factory unlocked from either shopblackberry (Z30s) or Amazon (Leaps) that all received 10.3.2 by OTA yesterday June 4.

Interesting. AFAIK, Verizon is the only carrier that pushes out updates to Verizon phones.
