my mom got 10.3.2.516 and she cannot receive any calls or texts. She can send but not receive.

    Does anyone have this problem?

UPDATE: I called T-Mobile and they had me some commands, and they reset the phone on the network. It took about fifteen minutes, and I had to be transferred to a BlackBerry specialist, but soon everything began working. All the texts my mom had received during the day flooded in.

Based on this thread, and comments to the CB article, it looks like:

-Factory unlocked phones only, so far.
-The UK (or Europe, in general?) hasn't gotten the update yet
-Models other than the Classic are getting .440, whereas the Classic is getting .516
-India may not have gotten the update yet (although there's one post in this thread saying otherwise.)

I got it on my Classic on Etisalat in the UAE. Purchased through Amazon UK. My Passport did not get it and my Leap as well did not get the update..

I have 4 unlocked Z30s running on Bell (3 from Shop CrackBerry and 1 from Shop BlackBerry).

The 3 from CrackBerry have received the update. The 1 from BlackBerry has not.
I don't understand it. It's as if the Z30 from Shop BlackBerry isn't actually unlocked (it is). Why would it be waiting for Bell's update? It's done this for previous updates too. This is super annoying.

The OTA update directly from BlackBerry is being rolled out geographically. It appears North America was first.

OTA update does not depends on geographically, it depends on model and carriers.

The roll-out to factory unlocked phones does not depend on carriers, since carriers are not involved in this.

Technically, all OTA updates are from BlackBerry--to unbranded and branded phones. But for the latter, they need carrier greenlight to push.

I am from India. In India there is no carrier dependency. All models are unlocked. My passport is showing OTA update, but no update for z3. It means, OTA depends on model number also.

I didn't dispute that. All I'm saying is that for branded phones, a carrier dependency exists.

What really sucks is when you have a situation like this: I'm stuck with 10.2.1.3014

The rest of the world is not India.

North America has carrier dependency and locked phones. Europe, too.

BlackBerry rollout to factory unlocked devices can be staged geographically. You are wrong.

Yes. To reduce traffic OTA starts in stages but that is for few hours or days. After few days if it is not available that due to carrier dependency or non availability of OTA for a particular model.

Think they're prioritising Blackberry customers in the US given how rough a deal they've had until now with their carriers etc?

What are the key improvements with this update? I am interested to know if they have addressed the following issues: call delay, extreme lag in searching contact list, broken file management service with cloud, music player, calendar. Thanks.

Still waiting for the latest update though.
