    Shop Blackberry Passport T-Mobile USA. I hit the update OS refresh button and didn't see it. I took out the sim and did a hard reset with the volume keys and refreshed the OS update and it showed up.

    OP : I don't want to make a new thread to gather the same info but also additional. Can you add to your request in first thread requesting.... which version they are upgrading from and which version they are updating to.

    Since there are 2 different versions being offered. Be nice to see if that is based on country, from version, carrier or device.

    Everyone that have already posted. Can you go back and edit your posts and added "from version" and "to version"?
