If I'd wanted to run Android applications I'd get an Android phone. But I guess more choice is better for BlackBerry and its users.

not every app will magically work btw...it will still be the same as sideloading. Apps that didn't work sideloading, still don't work with direct install. Also I noticed that the orientation is a lot more erratic than sideloading, however I realized if you set the orientation lock before launching an android app it keeps the orientation in place

I'd love to download apps that turn off the sound when you type a bloody phone number. And a good alternative camera app without the awful click sound.

I don't have any app I really miss on BlackBerry 10 compare to android or iPhone.

But at least when I see something like 'download in Google play' on TV I can really download it
