    Yup, dragging is all you can do and it is pretty convenient.

    OK, I was hoping u cam edit icon location in some menu.
    It's ok dragging them on one screen, but if you want to hop a few screens, and you don't have much real estate there, it becomes a bit painful

    Discovered if you drop one onto another you can create a folder. Was able to get rid of three screens worth of icons (useless unremovable apps and low usage/setup apps)

    I have only 2 screens.

    Made folders of:
    - Social
    - Games
    - More games
    - Readers
    - Useless
    - Tools
    - College
