The search, camera and phone button bar removed from the screen totally.
Don't need it.

On 10.2 they did remove the search icon from the screen but the phone and camera icons are still there and pretty easy to accidently tap with my hand when I put my phone down for some goofy reason. (I do notice this with my Q10 but not on my Z10) However it is nice to just tap the icon when I want to take a picture or make a phone call. I wonder if the icons would be better at the top of the top of the screen somewhere?

I wouldnt want those removed. Maybe give us the option to customize it. I would hate to have to search for a "phone app" when i needed it quickly. Same with the camera app, I love it where it is.

I wonder if it just disappeared on the Q10 phones then? How odd. Now I'm going to have to check my Z10 too.
Oh well that's funny because yes on my Z10 (also updated to 10.2.0.429 the search icon is still there but NOT on the Q10) I wonder if anyone else has noticed this?

On the Q10 and the Q5 you don't need the search button. All you have to do is start typing anything at the home screen and it automatically starts a search.

I agree I like the search feature for my z30 though. Maybe they should make it an option that can be added or dropped in the settings.
