My bbz10 was popup an error bb10-0015 so after loading Auto-loader all files disappear.

1) All your files should be missing. That's what happens when you use an autoloader. It's the same as a device wipe.
2) Which autoloader did you use because it sounds like you used a Developer autoloader which does not include all apps.

Download the proper autoloader from here - https://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-l...rchive-943672/ but you're likely not getting your files back unless you had a backup.
