    Hey chris,

    We'll need a little more information here as other posters have mentioned:

    1. What do you mean by "reset your Blackberry ID?" Did you sign up for a new one? Wipe your device? Something else?

    2. What happens when you attempt to run Android apps on your device specifically? Do you get an error? Black screen? Nothing at all?
