    I have the Classic SQC 100-2; SR10.3.3.1463; OS ver 10.3.3.2205

    My company recently updated their security for Outlook and I can no longer access email thru Activesync. IT engineer says I should check the ciphers on the device. How do I?

    Engineer gave me the updated list of ciphers on the server which the device and/or mail application needs to support (posted below). How can I find out if the current BB OS supports these ciphers?

    Hi, just browse to https://www.ssllabs.com/ with the stock browser of your phone and make the browser test.

    Some of the ciphers in your list are definitely supported.
