So I can't be certain yet. But I think my VPN service was killing my blackberry link connection to my bb.

When the VPN software connects, it automatically changes the settings (changes to static ip and removes gateway and dns settings) for the network adapters as a form of DNS leak prevention.

I'm not certain yet, but it looks like the BlackBerry Device shows up as a network adapter and becomes updated by the VPN. So when I switched the 'blackberry device #5' network adapter to dynamic IP, the blackberry link software (and sachesi) instantly began working correctly again.

So if your blackberry link has been not working (or sachesi gets stuck on searching for devices), give that a try and see if it helps.

All my pcs have static IP's set in my network and Link works on all of them with no issues. Usually I have to reboot the phone or sign in to my blackberry ID as I get logged out after a while on Link.
