I Know This is a Question is Answered Somewhere but Can't Find It

I know this is a question with an answer out there somewhere but I cannot find it, therefore I offer my apologies to everyone.

How does one load Android apps on to their BlackBerry with an OS 10? Can I do it directly through my phone or do I need to do it through BlackBerry link? Do I download them from the Google play store?
