Its so hit and miss...Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't...very annoying! It was working decent for me on Windows 8.1 recently, then after the last (BB Link)update, Remote file access won't work. It never has worked with any consistency. Blackberry 10 is a huge letdown...I've had BB's since my first smartphone, I never had problems with any of my Curves, or my Torch. Then all the BB10 hype had me all excited, and when I got my Z10 I was so happy...but its just a huge letdown...I love Blackberrys, I love my Z10 still...but it would be a lot cooler if Link would work more consistently

I did a full back up before installing the 10.2.1 leak .

Now i have 10 contacts back and 5 bbm contacts .

What is this software good for seriously ?

I'm not even gonna look at my media because i will most likely toss my z10 .

Ok... um.. I rarely have a problem with link.. I use it once a week to do a backup.... And to be honest the only think I hate about it... is the fact it takes forever to backup and restore... that and RFA

Link is redundant bloatware (IMHO) that was developed by BBRY to teach us the joy of honing patience.

It could be worse though; it is slightly better than that ode to induced rage better known as "iTunes."

Yea my remote file isn't working either. Maybe I have reinstall my files because I upgraded to 10.2.1

I'm on 10.2.1055 link works great on both my Z10s, after installing the leak, I had to reinstall link to get RFA to work

Me too!!!! I miss desktop manager. I always have issues getting back my remember notes aka memo pad and contacts, I want contacts and remember app to be able to back up separately. I tried backed up all three app data, media, settings to see if that would solve my issues and it does not. Terrible
