I got the same, upgrading now but mine is 109MB

I use wi-fi and got 10MB update. Last time before using wi-fi, I use my carrier and get 428MB.

currently downloading 10.2.0.429...original file size was 97MB...got hung up around 95MB for some reason...re-started automatically from 0...now it's downloading an 816MB update file...WTF!
