i have recently purchased,used, above mentioned os 10 mobile device and can't remember the email i used to sign on to the hone initially. in fact, i think i may have made a typo or something. i'm lost. some1 please help!

Had this issue on a Classic I bought. Just download a 10.3.1 autoloader and flash it, then Ota update to 10.3.2. I had to do this last week, and I talked someone through it too. It works.

This only works if the phone is not yet upgraded to 10.3.3. Also, I believe if you fix it and then upgrade to 10.3.3, the password requirement will return.
