I don't know where it downloaded??!

So i just clicked download all on Sachesi and am looking for where 10.2.0.424 got saved??! PLEASE HELP i have no idea what i am doing anymore. I did download the leaked version of 10.2.1761 i think and i lost so many built in apps such as my music app and video and even my clock got completely deleted. If you know how to fix any of this please help a noob out.

It's in the same folder as sachesi and alternatively you can search for 10.2.0.424
