I'm with wind and there reception suks but I hate going outside all the time to check my messages I want a txt app to have for.my z10 cause that's free I have one already to make outgoing calls but I gotta pay for txtn I dnt want that ne help

Try side loading textplus.
But you have to keep the app running because it won't run in the background.
