    I have a Z10 and tmobile USA but have a UK Z10 model. Could this be why?

    the model shouldn't matter as the updates are carrier based, try removing your sim card, connect to wifi and than check software update again

    I believe May 21st 10.1 launched for Z10 in the UK, so I cannot see that being an issue. Try pulling your batter, and checking under software updates again. If that doesn't work, I would try using BlackBerry Link to do the update

    Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. This makes it easier for others to help you.

    Few questions:
    1. What do you mean by "can't update"? Are you even seeing there's an update available?
    2. Is your Z10 the same model that T-Mobile USA uses?
    3. In Settings, under About\Hardware, what is available device storage?
