    When i go to the settings - security and privacy - application permissions it displays no app list.

    I can't see my application permissions-img_20140519_101517.png

    But when i go to the location services the. Under the application permission i open the blue link
    I can't see my application permissions-img_20140519_101455.png
    It works.

    A bug in 10.2.1
    If you go over a certain amount of Android apps, if blanks out your permission list
    Not sure if it's been addressed now
