    Hi guys!
    I can't update my phone Q10 either with T-mobile Poland sim card, Koodo ( Telus) Canada or BlackBerry link. I mean the latest update 10.2.1.9. I always get the same message " your BlackBerry has the latest available device software " which is 10.2.1.2102.
    How can I fix this?

    You can try Sachesi and use a leak; but the latest OS will not be available via "official" means until the carriers roll them out. I think I saw a tentative time table on CrackBerry fairly recently.

    Curious what 10.2.1.9 is, latest release seems to be 10.2.1.2941(3175).

    My operator never pushed out any of the updates.
    I use always Sachesi for any official update and all is working fine.
