Grapevine tells me that the gold release for the Classic (cf. 10.3.0.1052) was built a few days ago, which means the few weeks estimate should be fairly reasonable. Gold release for all devices (cf. 10.3.0.1154) should be some time later.

Things might have changed but my last info (months bach) was 10.3 for PP and Classic and 10.3.1 later for older devices.

Legacy devices do not run bb10, if you mean z10,q10 etc, then no. BlackBerry stated months ago other devices would go straight to 10.3.1

New device
General release
GR for Americans
Maintenance release
MR for Americans

I really hope at least a new leak drops soon because 10.3.1.1016 is been a bit of a buggy mess on my Passport (although it has awesome features when it's working fine).

Ironic that this has been the least stable release I have ever loaded in the year and a bit of loading BB10 leaks,.. and it was actually pushed OTA to my device by AT&T... lol

I'm sure the decision to not give all BlackBerry10 devices 10.3 was to get more sales out of the passport, and to make people wait, they told them it's not optimized and 10.3.1 will be a lot better.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem so. The list of languages doesn't show Bulgarian. In regions there is Bulgaria listed though.
