Just found out there is a limitation on BlackBerry Hub.
I was searching for old email to view the attachment (pdf). So I did a search then find the email then managed to view the attachment.
While viewing the pdf file, I got text pop up. I didn't do quick reply, I tapped on the pop up and it showed me the text, using hub.
The problem was after I close the sms, the pdf view is gone, so I had to find the email, open the email, then open the attachment.
Quite a hassle to me.

When you view a PDF within the hub, there's a button in the toolbar to open it in a standalone viewer as a separate process. That should resolve the problem.

When you are viewing a PDF, then compose a text, you're changing the context of the hub application. Opening it in a separate viewer will mitigate that.

Yes. That is what I did for the pdf.
But when it comes to just viewing the email, that is still a problem.

Consider that both email and the text are important and i need to keep the email open (probably long email) then at the same time I need to see the text (need to see the full conversation) and reply.
