    Notifications in my hub aren't being marked as "read" even after I have read them and in some cases replied.

    This is true for my BBM notifications, Outlook.com and rogers.com email addresses and notifications for my BBM apps that push notifications.

    I've hard started the device. (both volume keys plus I also did power+volume key)

    Any suggestions?

    By sliding your finger 4 times from the top right corner to the center of the screen while in the HUB.

    But your issue lies probably in your network. Are you sure to have a good signal when you tag as Read an email/notification ? For BBM, do you have the BlackBerry Services logo (the 4 dots) in the top right corner ?
