After you left the Hub, using the Blackberry Hub icon instead of the swipe gesture will bring you back to the default view

It's a backup for people that aren't good at gestures.

The spark on the Hub icon is also a visible indicator that you have unread email in the Hub if the flashing LED has timed out. I used it that way for a while.

Wish this was a setting one could choose in options.

I'm deleting mine now that I know where to download it. I am also quite good at finding the hub without the icon

The last position where you were in the Hub will still be there the next time you peek or swipe. Pressing the icon takes you right to the top of your messages, so it can be a time saver when new messages arrive. That's what I use it for.

On 10.3.1 (or maybe 10.3.0 too), there's a toggle to reset the Hub position after some inactivity interval.
