My hub has been preparing itself for the last past minute. I opened the hub and it restarted. It has been more than 10 minutes. I'm going to restart the phone now.
Just sharing my experience. Had this ever happened to any one else ?

That was on 10.2.1 btw

I've had that happen before, but never on 10.2.1.

You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)
Hold down both your Volume Up & Down keys for about 10-20 seconds. Keep pressing them, ignoring screenshot notification, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, and BB splashscreen again. I don't release the Volume keys until I see the blue startup icon.

Anything work better after that reboot?

Sometimes I find when a process gets stuck trying to actuate it again frees it on BN10. Did you try resetting hub with the corner swipe.

I rebooted it by pressing the top button and selecting 'restart'. I didn't think about the reset at that point.
Z10 has been working fine since the restart.

I tried the corner swipe after I waited 10 mins. It didn't work .
