Im sure I am not the only one stucked with old OS update 10.2.1, Carries in US such as Sprint or Verizon don't rush with updates for their Blackberry devices. anyone knows how to update Sprint Q10 to at least 10.3.1? Thnx

You can look into an auto loader, just click on the OS 10.3.1 tab in the upper left
