I seem to have pics in two places:

    1. SD card photos; and
    2. Device Camera photos

When I plug my device into my laptop, I can drag and drop pics from my SD card to my laptop.

When I take out my SD card, mt device is not recognized by my laptop, although it shows up on Blackberry Link, but then the "Pictures" file in Blackberry Link for the device is empty.

    Any suggestions?

Move your pictures using File Manager from your phone to the memory card.

Is there a way to do that by choosing select all or moving the whole file or do I have to use Select More and tap each photo individually?

If you have a Wi-Fi network going, turn on Wi-Fi data access on your phone, browse to the share the phone provides and copy the pictures from wherever they are.

You mean to tell me you've had BB10 for around 2 years and still don't know about the WiFi Share feature?

Sometimes I wonder how some people get up out of bed and dress themselves in the morning.

It's right there, clear as day, "Access using WiFi".

All BB10 devices have a CIFS server which you can put on your network at the setup page shown above. You pick the identity on the network (server name) userid and password.

Pick a good password, or turn it off before you attach to open Wi-Fi.

With 10.2 I was able to connect my Z10 to my old trusted XP, and the computer detected both (in Windows connection mode). Now with the freshest 10.3.2836 and Windows 10, no, it's not possible. BB just simply sucks.

Blackberry blend! And then click and drag... at least, it works for me. Both memory on phone and SD card
