When I try to send a voice note in a multi-person chat I click attach, voice note, then it brings me to my photos. Does any one know what is going on here or is it just a bug in the os?

I've never tried what you describe, but I'm sure you can just navigate to the voice notes folder.
What OS version? Gives me all the options in my current 10.2 build

I can navigate to my voice notes folder, but it is actually requesting that I select a picture.
