When your on a call and someone else calls you hit the hold caller button and answer the new caller, when you do that there should be an option to merge callers
Ps.. you put this question in the wrong section of the forums, I'll ask a mod to move to so you might be able to get more help

But I am not getting any option for merge call. If I am switching to 2nd call, 1st call is getting disconnected automatically.
Pl help if there any call setting needs to be done on my BlackBerry Z10.

Most likely your carrier, you have to call in and see of you have call waiting

I think you meant to say 3-way calling...Call waiting does NOT merge calls.

Yeah I used to have this problem too. I enjoyed 3-way calling (or even more) for many years then suddenly I couldn't do it anymore. I didn't understand why.
After about a year or so and changing a couple phones, I decided to call Vodafone UK to see if they could help me (not sure why I didn't do this earlier lol).
They changed a setting and within a few minutes, I was able to merge calls again.
I still wonder why Vodafone UK disabled this option in the first place.
