I checked once with my cricket (att) sim and found nothing (surprise, surprise).
I then turned my z10 off and removed the sim to check over wifi since mine is unlocked from shopblackberry,
but instead found this message : " Device can only check for updates once every 24 hours please try again in 23 hours and XX minutes " (actual surprise).

Since when is this a thing? anyone else experiencing this?

I didn't check...I'm in US and on TMO...but if it will get TMO off their butts and get the release pushed, I'll check! I'm thinking at least a month from now, maybe, even if then.

Got home late last night and hooked up my unlocked Z30 to BlackBerry Link and it was there waiting. Haven't had a chance to explore too much yet, but what I see so far is nice and Blend is awesome! I'm with AT&T here in Los Angeles and I don't expect they give a crap about those of us who have been waiting an eternity for this update and don't want to wait till god knows when so I will likely load 10.3.1 via Sachesi on mine and my wife's AT&T Z10's this weekend.
