    I'm on a 10.2 leak, only ever done it to test the swipe to refresh. I probably restart my phone intentionally once at least every other day (I have really bad public WiFi at work), probably not needed but sometimes resets my weather that isn't pulling properly in wallpaper changer.

    We have to look at why this is not being fixed by OS reinstall. As wayne504 asked are you restoring your information after the reinstall? If so try again, but this time delete your accounts before backup and add them back after restore. If that doesn't I would try with no restore at all just to see if it works. If that doesn't work I suggest you see a phone shrink cause you have some real strange problems. That or claim your warranty.

    Edit: scratch that. Add back the accounts without restoring at all first. At least you can identify the issue... also make sure you are setting up your accounts under the advanced setup.

    I think what you're missing is that the hub is actually frozen. Almost like the process freezes up. I've verified it has nothing to do with the sync interval by seeing it missing email, turning off all data connections, restarting hub, and then the emails are there buried down where they initially should have shown up.

    Try it out and see if your hub starts to act normal

    The only way to verify is to reinstall the software but do not restore your backed up data .

    Add your emails and see if the hub does the samething

    Good luck if it's a a corrupt back up that's the only way to fix it

    Unfortunately this means your starting from scratch
