I wanted to do a factory reset of Z30 today so I plugged it into my computer, connected to Link, and hit the factory reset button. At that point I was instructed to unplug the phone.

The screen has an icon/picture of a cable jack or something and has the circling icons below it, indicating that it is doing something. Well 2.5 hours and I'm wonder how long I should wait.

The phone is now plugged into wall power source.

You should factory reset using the BlackBerry Web page instead
