Autoloaders are faster, never been longer than 3-9 minutes for me.

Sachesi updates can take up to 30 minutes if I recall correctly.

Autoloader are fast: around 5 minutes.

But.....the time to reload and re-index your device is what you have to also consider.

Sachesi has risks. Personally, they've worked fine for me, but on major revs (ie 10.3.2 over 10.3.1), I prefer clean install.

U mean to restore the backups?
What do you mean by re-index?

He means set up and download all your apps. Phone after an autoloader is just like new. Like when you first took it out of the box. I love autoloaders. Always makes my device feel fresshhh

By re-indexing I meant syncing contacts, email accounts (ex. if your sync time frame is forever), media card indexing when you open pictures, music apps etc.

I keep my contacts in my exchange server and gmail and sync those from the cloud rather than do a restore.

Even my passwords in password keeper are synced in the cloud, takes a couple of minutes to sync back.

Only thing I restore is Remember using Ultimate Backup.

    Hope that helps!

It's much faster to nondestructive upgrade through Sachesi than autoload and restore or download all your apps again, and I've never had an issue upgrading this way, even when it's a jump. I have had issues restoring before, and not everything I require back on my phone can be reinstalled through 3rd party apps (browser bookmarks and word substitute). It's my opinion having tried it all, that the "fresh" feeling is just that. A feeling, and not a reality.

I used to always use autoloaders but then tried sachesi once and will never use autoloaders again. Took me hours to restore and move everything back to where I wanted! I remember once, I just completed an autoload and two days later, a new one came out! I actually skipped it.
