Correct. BB10 is so efficient it can handle rebooting itself. :rotfl:

Most on this thread rarely or never reboot. What are you talking about?
Posted via CB10
It was four days ago, but I tend to go about two weeks. I only reboot when i'm deliberately rebooting, never as an attempt to fix anything.

I rebooted the z10 each morning as a part of maintenence. Easy enough and it's done when I finish brushing my teeth. ;)

Those like me who have to reboot once a week at least..

I don't think you should blame BlackBerry for reboots if you installed any leaks.
You intentionally downloaded an incomplete OS update, and of course it can have some stability issues.

I don't know if your post is for me but I have no android app, or any OS leak on my phone. So yes, I blame Blackberry to have to reboot after 7 days.

In that case, then you need to submit a warranty claim because it is not normal.

9days currently. That's only because I changed from iPhone 5s to the Z30 :)
I'm not on blackberry any more but rebooting a phone one a week doesn't seem abnormal to me. Because I had 4 spare batteries I changed the battery daily to try and maintain equal wear on each. Hence daily reboot .

Several months. I never have memory issues. Q10 since last June

I don't ever recall having to reboot for performance issues in 15 months.

In fact my problem is after 7 or 8 days, the " system " take around 800mb of RAM, without app on active frame, the device lag a lot in the HUB, the back is hot when I use the phone even for text messaging or BBM..
I have to reboot the device because I think I will not have enough RAM to use it.
So when I see some comments here saying they can let the device without rebooting force 10 days ore more, without problems, I think something is wrong with my Q10

I kind of have the same issue with my Q5. Only that I am having to reboot it in every 2 days because the Hub starts lagging a lot
It's a software issue for sure, because I have been having this problem since the time I security wiped my phone. Will perform a reload again
With 10.3.296 I think about every 3-4 days. I just rebooted earlier this morning.

And there may be something wrong with yours . With mine because I changed the battery so often there was never time I guess font to fill up.

To need to reboot at all should be unnecessary. Unless your installing a new OS.

Got my blackberry q10 back in jan., never have done it yet, runs percect!
S.f. Giants/ s.f. 49'ers on my blackberry q10
This is how it's supposed to be. Apparently your phone is an aberration among BlackBerry devices.

That's exactly how it is with my BlackBerry Q10: unnecessary. I never need to reboot unless I'm updating the os. I restart incidentally because I like to swap out my battery with a freshly charged battery whenever the one I'm using is low.
Not sure to buy a BB after reading this thread... :-/
Sorry for my very very poor english. :-/
Good luck to decrypt me.
Re... boot? What is this reboot you speak of?
I only reboot when I update my OS. Could be days or weeks.
Posted via CB10
I also only reboot after an OS update. I never have the need otherwise.
