I need to reboot my z30 every week one time because the fu** **** Android Apps need too much memory... And after reboot everything is fine...

My father has a q5 qnd normally he don't reboot it every week because he has nearly no Android App... so I think every Android App more makes the Blackberry OS a little bit weaker

So let us all hope that there will come more native Apps for BB OS 10... for example for Skype and the most important Programs...

I've been clearing out my email (IMAP) -- deleting junk from years ago -- and that seems to be slowing down the hub. I've been resetting pretty regularly, but also running 10.3

I can't see Android apps taking up that much memory - out of my 55 Android apps, the ones running are taking up a whopping 44MB of memory; you can see from the screenshot they're not even among the top ten using the most. You may want to investigate which one in particular is causing you problems and just close it instead of hassling with a reboot. I'm not saying you shouldn't be having any issues, 'cause SOFTWARE, but I've never had to reboot because of Android apps having an adverse effect on 10.2.1, and now running 10.3.0.1052 with no reboot, except for the night I passed out on the couch and didn't plug in my phone.

I would wait to see if the OS works properly and frees up memory, unless your phone is really starting to lag.

I have this problem since I have the device. It's always like that, I have to reboot my phone after 10 days maximum. If not, I will not have enough RAM to use the device. It's start to be laggy, the back end hot.

Usually several weeks or months - I only ever reboot for OS updates or to try and get rid of bugs. Never had to reboot to solve sluggish performance on any of my BB10 devices.

Same here since I stopped using most of my Android apps.

I don't know what SOME of them do but a couple in particular really chew up my battery and make my Z10 slow to a crawl.

I can go all the way to the next leak. Lately that's been 5-7 days. Way longer than my employer provided android phone.

I only really reboot when something stops working.

Occasionally the message preview gets distorted, like a bigger contact picture or the x is half on the screen, half off.

That's when I'll do a reboot. Usually once a month or so.

I just reboot when the phone hangs or shut itself down or automatically reboot. I don't actually see the need to or the benefits of rebooting frequently.

If you think that's bad my brother has an iPhone 5 and his sleep button broke.

So he has not rebooted his device in about 2 years
