    When I was 10.2.1, while charging led used to turn on, once it gets fully charged it goes off, now is there any options to have it back!

    As far as I know there isn't anything built into the OS for that. But Power Tools and Hub++ both have that option. Probably BeBuzz too, although I've never used it. You can find them all in BlackBerry World.

    The little lightning bolt next to the battery blinks whole charging when fully charged it stops

    10.2.1 never had a charging LED, unless you were using a third party app to achieve it.

    True. If I remember correctly it's a yellow LED when charging. I used to turn my 9900 off every night to charge overnight and when it was finished charging the LED would go solid green.

    I never turn my BB10 phones off so had almost forgotten about that.
