    I know if you visit BBW on the web you can change regions and carriers. Have you done that on your phone?

    If you setup PayPal as payment method and PayPal is setup for your currency you will see exchange before finalizing payment and can still back out if needed.

    Click on the price, then a log-in screen will pop up for BlackBerry ID. Then try to change your billing to carrier billing.

    If carrier billing isn't an option. It means your carrier does not support it.
