    I did something and the toolbar appeared. See picture below. Can't get rid of it. There is a trick but I can't remember. Can anyone help?

    As far as I know, it is supposed to always show when composing emails.

    You can only turn off BBM's action bar. The toolbar for messaging can't be turned off. I hope we'll be able to turn it off in the very near future, though.

    In the 10.3 API the application developer can set a policy to control this. So we may start seeing options in apps.

    Well, that's Whatsapp. Email will always have that, till BlackBerry decides to remove it.

    I personally don't see the need to get rid of it as we usually need those buttons for email.
