Hi,

I would love Blackberry to gain feedback officially from its users via an app that every Blackberry has installed but seeing as this doesnt exist I thought for my own curiosity I would try to see how many users are happy with their BB10 device and which phone they switched from. Due to only being able to have 10 options there are no options for Windows phone, sorry.

I could not be happier with my blackberry Q10!! After all the phones I have been through I have always ended up back with blackberry, mainly due to the qwerty keyboard!! Over the last few years I have owned the iphone 4,iphone 4S,blackberry 9900,samsung s3,iphone5,Samsung S4 and now the Q10!!

Loooooooove my Z10........haaaaaate when I have to use my wife's Galaxy Tab 3, the UI is horrible to use. Seriously, a Back button?? I can't imagine having to use iOS or android after zipping around BB10 so fast and intuitively.

I'm happy with the Q10. There are still many things they can improve in this os I hope they will get there. I never really compared blackberry to android or iOS or even windows. As far as I know blackberry phones are made for business and serious communication although they are now embracing the trend to include social networking features. It always boils down to the purpose of owning the phone.

I'd give it a 7 out of 10, but not a big "app guy". The bugs and lack of foresight in programming...irksome, to say the least.

am happy but could be happier.would like to see headless app, more customization, more apps.
i know its against blackberry security core but id like to see devs get a bit more freedom to hack the os a bit more since bb10 isnt dependant on bis and bes

I've had several android phones, but the instability, draining battery, questionable applications (I mean the access that those apps need), the new big/bigger/biggest screen contest between companies, have made me transfer to BB10. And the fact that I like to have a slick phone that stands out in crowd in stead of an iphone / samsung that eveybody has

I'm happy I did. The phone is stable, good battery and the hub is great.

9 out of 10 for my Z10. calendar is not syncing correctly after installing 10.2 leak. but battery is better. everything else is ok. couldn't go back to 10.1 carrier OS.

11 out of 10 for my Q10. it is just phenomenal.

Switched from a Nokia N9, that still think is the best phone ever. At first I was just going to test drive the Z10 I got, but I liked it so much that I use it now as my primary phone.
The Z10 is one of the best phones I've ever used and I'm extremely happy with it. And the swipey interface is very easy to use and familiar from the N9. It has also all the apps that I need, the only minus is the map application, it that part any Nokia phone winns 100-0.

Switching from BBOS 5,6,7 I would say that I was quite sceptic, but I was sold in likely 2 days with my Q.
Even with my previous reluctances as for the Trackpad lose, I really like my Q10 more More potentials there.
(Not a Instagrame, Vine and co user btw)

I'd say how disappointed do I feel.

Coming from legacy OS7.1, not even close to happy but at least thanks to leaks it runs pretty stable right now.

Random reboots right out of the box, zero customization, lack of native apps, no alt to gestures, PRICEY, buggy, stupid and tricky text edition circle... and the list goes on.
Not happiness here, just surviving a bad investment.

Mostly very positive results so far. The amount of votes from android and ios users is low though although still positive which probably explains why they haven't sold enough, either those users don't want to switch or maybe don't know about the features that would encourage them to switch.

My Q10 is by far the best phone I've ever owned. I'm satisfied and pleased with this new platform. Battery lasts 24 hours, easy access to everything I need, HUB, fast transitions between windows, apps, photos to camera and vice, amazing functionality. I get soooo much more done and more efficiently than anything else I've ever owned. (8330, 8530, 9670,palm pre, palm pixi, HTC evo shift,9850,9930,iphone 4, iphone 5, HTC one, galaxy s3, galaxy s4, Z10, Q10)
