Though I am installing apps from Cobalt's play store, still I am getting the notifications for Google play services, and can't run those apps, is there any way to sort out this issue? Help is much appreciated. Thank God

Yeah, get an Android device to be honest. As long as the ART remains the same, expect more and more apps to stop working seeing that after updating some of those apps will stop working. I think the minimum ART you need is 4.4. Could be wrong.

You have to patch the apps that require Google Play Services. This is done on your PC using Play Services Patcher.
