My phone is stuck on 100% with nothing happening. I'm at a loss to what is going on. I've tried a battery pull, reset, you name it but it won't go past 100% with the BB logo....

I'm in Australia and on Vodafone. Bought my Q10 without a service contract and used Rogers' codes for the update. 1 week gone and still smooth sailing. Had to install it twice though, wifi packed up first time.

When I click the install tab after I downloaded the os I just get a loading circle and it says "searching for usb device" the phone is connected blackberry link recognizes it but sachesi doesn't seem to find it. Anybody have the same problem?

I tried updating my z10 with sachesi but it keeps hooking whenever it gets to 30 of 147 (19%), don't know the reason,please help out

I had that problem. I just hit download again and it started from where it left off. I had to hit download about 3 times before it finished all the files.

IMHO, it's SAD that the official 10.2 for Verizon has yet to be released. I wish there was some way to have the update done by Blackberry like they did with the PlayBook

Not sure about Jamaica, but I called Verizon this morning to inquire about an OFFICIAL 10.2 update and the rep had no clue....SAD....VERY SAD

In using a sim card that already rolled out the update (like rogers) to trick your phone in downloading the update even if it's still not available in your country I have a few questions:

I never tried to do it cause others say that there may be trouble on the radio frequencies that you will download if you use a different carrier that is far off in your own region. Like examply in my case, I live in Asia, but I want to use my aunt's Rogers Canadian sim card, so the Canadian sim may download the 10.2 update that is not meant for my region.

Is that true? Can anyone prove this?

And if so, what's stopping us from just removing a sim card on the phone and just do it via wifi. I mean the phone doesn't detect any sim so it won't limit itself within the boundaries of your region-based sim.

And must the sim card be activated? As my aunt's sim is a prepaid sim card so I doubt its roaming is activated here in the Philippines. So can I use that sim card even if it doesn't have any frequencies?

I'm sorry for asking, but these are just my concerns before doing the "use other network's/countries' sim card to get the update"

I called Digicel here in Barbados about the 10.2 update for my Z10STL100-3/10.1.0.4780 but they didn't have a clue either n directed me to use Google, I was nonplussed. I looked at the saves instructions on the forums here n downloaded the update but I'm skeptical about installing based on a few reasons (most mentioned by popengchan) how do plus they said to install the bar files from the update folder sac hesitate downloads but no one specified it I do it one by one rvif it's supposed to go all at once cuz when I select the folder there's no way to select all at once no matter how I try, any suggestions?

Yes because T-Mobile US still has not released a 10.2 update so only the latest from them which would be a 10.1 release would show up if you searched with your actual parameters.

When I open the app on my computer it has 4 tabs Extract Search Back up Install. In the thumbnail in the explanation its suppose to have six tabs . When i go in the install tab all it does is say searching for usb device. I would much appreciate if someone could explain to me what is going on with this application

I found that step three work if you select Install: FOLDER under the Install tab, and it will install the entire update. The instructions provided to install .bar(s) seems to be more for updating one file or to sideload apps.

It's what works for me.
