Hi.
I use a Mac and upgraded my Q10 to 10.2 using Sachesi without any problems.
But it turns out that Q10 had a hardware problem and I was sent a "new" (refurbished) Q10.
This time when I tried to upgrade to 10.2, I received an error message ("error-authorization") when I tried to update the new device.
I thought that perhaps the app Sachesi was suddenly out of date (after only one week) or corrupt so I successfully replaced Sachesi, with a new version>
When I ran the program, I briefly saw a search window for the device with some password inserted and then received the same "error - authorization" message.
I tried setting a password and then disabled it but still received the same error message.
I thought that it might be the software, but when I load the app without the Q10 connected I don't get the message, until I connect the Q10.
A solution would be greatly appreciated.

Guys please help me I've tried to download via sachesi. I'm using BlackBerry Z10 STL100-1 and I downloaded UK'os. So after I download BlackBerry 10.2.0.424 Os. I pluged in my Z10 to my PC, then I opened up Sachesi (BlackBerry Link was closed that time). I hit the install tab then I choosed instal folder, i select the folder of 10.2.0.424, then it began to install, but when it tried to install Twitter ( my device currently at 68%) it disconnected.

Thanks for this! I bricked my Z10 during security wipe (bad idea) and ended up reviving with an autoloader. Wasn't able to update from the version of 10.2 in the autoloader, and Sachesi saved the day.

Just want to know,
where does Sachesi get the Files?
does it access to Blackberry or the carriers?

cuz in one country, different carriers, each one has different versions.

Also , does it update and install the same way BB link do?

I have a Q10 with Verizon, just updated to version 10.2.01803 and radio 10.2.01804 with Rodgers but it is so slow and so hot. Also it doesn't sent any messages from text message or BBM

Quick & easy when you follow direction. Lot easier then OS7 updates.

In the 1st picture, I don't get the stuff on the right. It searches for about a minute and then stops. I put in the parameters that are shown on the left. I even tried other carriers, but nothing happens.

Can I use Roger with code 330 & Carier 720 to update my os?
BTW, First I have already tried 'n there is an update, then I click download all, after that the computer is crash and I restart it, then I want to start the download again, but it tells that Success & No updates available, why that's happen? Can I download it again? Thanks for your help.

I am having trouble with my school email account now. All my other accounts work but when I try to set up my school account it brings me to my school website. After I enter my password it just opens gmail in a browser window. This is very frustrating I want my email in my hub. Anyone know what the issue is?

Thanks I'm from El Salvador and my carrier is Claro my phone is Z10 STL 100-1 unlocked, I used 234 (UK) 015 (Vodafone) 10.2.0.424 update !!! I was worried because the bands were different from my carrier, but all seems to work just fine :3

I used Rogers as the carrier under Canada. Make sure the bands match and use the one that has LTE.
I forget what the country code #'s were but Google 'country codes' scroll down to Canada, then check for Rogers. Then slide across and match the bands. If the bands match then use the two codes in the shaded area.

Verizon hasn't officially released it. You should use another country / carrier code
