My carrier is Orange Spain and the 10.2 is not still available so I downloaded the update from Vodafone Spain and my device is running it amazingly!

Step 4 says to go to the folder where the files from Sachesi were downloaded to. However, when I downloaded the files, Sachesi downloaded them automatically without asking where to download them. Now I don't know where those files are.

I found mine in a folder called Sachesi 1.1

Cannot use this application Nortons keeps labeling it as a security risk and deletes it without allowing it to run.

google search for Sachesi and click the first link. youll see next to the download link it says "requires QT". I had to downloaded QT first then Sachesi. Problem solved

I have a T-Mobile Z10STL100-3 too. It does get stuck in the logo and then when is 100% pull the battery or leave the volume keys + and - until the phone turns off then turn it on

I think I have to decrypt my device. It keeps asking for a password when I try and install. Anyone else having this issue?

Also I am on ATT / Q10 / STL100-1. I had to use the rogers update because at&t wouldnt recognize when downloading.

OS10.2 is rolling all over the world now. No need to download the leaks. Wait for the official released coming to you now or within a couple of days. Be patient

Sure -- if your carrier will have it available before Q1 2014, which is an optimistic guess as to when Verizon US will make it available. The whole point of this post is that much of the world will NOT have it available through carriers any time within the next month or several.

Like I have mentioned a couple times before, you are able to use the SQN 100-5 variant with the Rodgers update and install that to your Verizon Q10. If you notice both the 5 and 2 (Verizon model) variants both have the same frequencies listed. 5 obviosuly has more than 2 but it will work, I have it running on mine right now

just finished the update on my q10, finished with no issues but I still see the software version as 10.1.0.230. The OS, Radio, Webkit, etc are all 10.2. Any ideas?

Agree - again...I think we're getting into a little reading comprehension fail here in this thread, as it swells.

Perhaps updating the first post with a 'confirmed' settings/configuration table, or chart, would help clear the air, and not require 'new' folks to the party to read through 10+ pages of posts on this, that, and the other thing.

I CAN CONFIRM: (from Denver, CO)
Verizon Z10 (STL100-4) running Rogers Z10 (STL100-3) with no issues
Verizon Q10 (SQN100-2) running Rogers Q10 (SQN100-5) with no issues.
(Set country to 302, and carrier to 720 to search/download the correct files)

What would happen if the phone rings during the update? I tried it before with the card out and it didn't recognize the phone. I finally got it to recognize the phone but it started the update with the sim in.

Don't answer the call. It could cancel the update and ending up messing your files
