I'm on AT&T, got the STL-100-3 Z10....it loaded up, but I can't send pictures over text anymore. Also seems like the hub is slow to load specific text messages.....weird. Not sure if I'm gonna go back to a leak or try again when I'm home.

its not doing anything. Close sachesi and disconnect your phone. Reconnect it and open sachesi and click the install tab and drag the whole folder where the files are into that window and it should start pushing the update. Youll see a progress bar when its actually doing something

Do I need to change the MNC code for USA T-Mobile for a Z-10?
Also, do I need to be in development mode? It's saying my phone isn't connected to the usb.

I'm not sure if my phone got bricked but I had to restore it to factory settings.
Wouldn't do anything after it reached 100percent in the load screen
Heard that i had to be patient but waiting for 2hrs for my phone to work is ridiculous.

I just worked this out for those who can't get the official update through carriers and don't want to deal with the hazards of loading a leak.

First thing is first you need to get Sachesi.

1. Search for the OS update.

2. Hit the "Download All" button

3. Go to the "install" tab and hit install: .bar

4. Select the folder that you downloaded from Sachesi.

5. All you have to do is wait.

It should take about 40 min to load the software.
As an advice take out the sim card. You don't want any phone call while doing the update
I didn't need it but do a Back up for safety

Same here! I bought my Z10 from Ebay and my phone is for Middle East region, but i'm using it in country, that is not supported by BB at all.
I don't know what version i can use for upgrade...

I ran this and it looks like it worked fine, but it's still showing the old version. All new features are present though.

At&t Z10. I downloaded Rogers file using this method.

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to ask on what exactly is the official 10.2 OS version that's rolling out this week. I read a post a few weeks ago that the version that's being rolled out in Singapore was the 10.2.0.1767. And then a few days ago, I saw another post here that Canada was rolling out the 10.2.0.1791. Are they rolling out different versions depending on geographic locations? Just wondering.

I've read somewhere here, that's there are no big difference between Country and Carrier info during upgrade... So that is the phone will work fine anyway (if it is unlocked).

May be i Have to try to flash for example UK o2 ? If something going wrong, can i use my BB Link backup to restore my current phone's state ?

I think, that yes - will working fine. I'm in the same situation with you. Just want to know, can i restore backup w/o any trouble with current state in case of a disaster If so i will try to use UK O2 build for my STL-1

Thanks! I will try to upgrade my STL-1 with UK O2 (My phone is for Middle East region and i'm using it in Europe - Belarus. And my country is not supported by BlackBerry at all).
Will get back here to post my result later

For those that have a Z10 STL 100-1 I have found the 10.2 OS Version on Vodafone UK, so you can try Country UK (234) and Carrier Vodafone (15).

Q10, SQN 100-3, previous leak OS installed 10.2.1.575 worked fine.
Installed the 10.2.0.424 from Sachesi and hell came to me......
I had to restore everything in the end
What a night... I started at 22:00, the Q10 stood at 100%, doing nothing.
Went to bed, woke up with nightmares about this, at 3:40 AM and restored the whole system
and now restarting from scratch... because even the restore does not work.

I remember a phrase: �...There are two kinds of Data usage people: those who have lost everything, and those who will........�
