z10 - STL 100-2

Nope, I'm using 302/720..
I did a little research and I can find the 10.2 using 234 (UK) and 010 (O2) but I'm not sure if it would work.. any ideas?

Success - Running GREAT on my Verizon Q10 (SQN100-2); Used 302 / 720 for Rogers Canada, and then SQN100-5.

Now, on to my wife's Z10...do I have to pull specific files for the Z10, or can I just run the same install process using the same 10.2.0.424 folder that Sachesi created?

No--Can't use them--different OS, so you need to search in Sachesi again for your wife's (version Z-10/xxxx) and make sure you download the correct version. You can use the Rogers Canada codes as that should be the same as the country and carrier wouldn't change unless you have different carriers, of course. Then all is the same for installing.

No love for Sprint Q10SQN100-4 . Is there any way to get latest 10.2 on this device? Sprint seems to be the only carrier with this model.

Thanks guys ... so excited to get the "official" 10.2 release but a few questions:

1. What happens when my carrier finally releases the OS update - will I be notified and can I update the to real official release?
2. What are the differences between *.424 (e.g. Canada/Rogers) and *.415 (Singapore/Singtel)?
3. What about the languages? Is there anything in the release which is specific to Canada (French/Canadian English), Singapore and which will be different for Australia?

Yes I did I put in Canada and Rodgers and SQN 100-5 without connecting your phone and then download.

So you got it? You hit search after you enter those and then the OS should show up and you download all. So it worked?

Ok the folder should go to the spot that you downloaded the program to so you will have to search for that but if you need anymore help just let me know.

Which OS do you use? On Win7 the tool creates a folder '<version num>' in the directory where it is started from. I.e. if you start it directly from the ZIP archive, the version folder will be created in some temp.directory.
It will be better to extract sachesi and start it from a known directory.

Just loaded the Canada / Rogers (302 / 720) for STL100-3 on my wife's Verizon Z10; finishing the install right now. (Can't help you on the MAC front - I'm using a Win7 desktop)

If you can't find the file, try to save it again except this time, hit the little down arrow next to the save button, then hit save as and put it in a folder that you'll remember

So when I try to do that with mine it shows "Update 10.1.0.4181 available!
OS: 10.1.0.4633 + Radio: 10.1.0.4634" and not 10.2. Maybe my having an STL 100-4 is the issue????
