It didn't work flawlessly for me unfortunately. I used the Telus/Canada's update and the process went flawlessly, but now the keyboard won't work correctly. I can no longer "long press" a letter to capitalize it and on some apps like Skype, it won't allow me to type numbers when signing in. Reboots didn't work so I'm considering a wipe! Should have just downloaded the leaked version. Any ideas are appreciated as this is a major issue! Thanks!

My phone is stuck on 100% with nothing happening. I'm at a loss to what is going on. I have been at it since 8:30 this morning (2 1/2 hours) from start to now is way too long for an update. I've tried a battery pull, reset, you name it but it won't go past 100% with the BB logo....

Any suggestions?

Those issues are just from the 10.2. You cannot hold down the alt and shift keys anymore and continue typing in symbols or caps. You need to press those buttons for every symbol or cap you want to type.

I'm pretty sure these are just some of the nuances of 10.2 and there is no major issue there.

I'm on Z10STL100-1/10.2.0.1791 and having no issues whatsoever with the keyboard. Just saying.

Does it work as an update? Do I have to activate the enterprise services on Z10 after the update? Are all the .bar apps still installed and working after the up?

It will work as an update through link sachesi working as link the back up part is in case something happens you still have your data but I did it with no backup

Rogers has Z30 (STA 100-5) builds up on its hiding spot, too.

Using SACHESI (what a great and simply powerful application) you can see that 10.2.0.415 is hiding there for the soon-to-be released Z30.

I don't think so as it wouldn't explain the inability to type numbers on app sign-ins. Also, other with Q10's do not have the issues afrer the update! Lastly, I used Sachesi to pull/download the update and Since you have to put in you phone model (Q10) in the box before searching, it would be for the correct device. I've been running leaks and hybrids for years and am fairly up to date on what I'm doing, so I'm sure it was loaded correctly-regardless the glitch remains. Guess I'll try a wipe first and if that doesn't work, then load the leak-boo! BTW, others have said they do not have the problem. Thanks!

For the Z10 yes, Q10) you need Telus for example, 320, 220.
