Hello and welcome.
You need to download and install the settings bar for 10.3.0.140 and set your ringtone first. Then sideload the settings bar from 296 BACK again onto your phone and rotation lock will work!

I have done it several times. and it always works.

I, too, have Rotation issues. BB Virtual Expert shows my sensors for EDGES up do not work nor does the face-down orientation. Camera therefore does not know or recognize Landscape mode.
