    Hi there.
    I have looking around and it seems a lot of people have the same problem.
    Proximity Sensor and Light Sensor are not working.
    But I can't find any solution. Tried to wipe, load another software version, restart, but hopeless.
    I'm using leak 10.2.1.2228 and found that issue when was on 10.3 leak.
    Please help guys!

    Had this same problem with my z10 and the only way to get it fixed is by sending it to repair under warranty.

    Same situation.

    BB answer: You are using software not supported by your mobile provider.

    I've checked my phone with three another providers - same result.
    I think, will send my phone to repair under warranty.

    On 10.3 it's an issue some times. Security wipe fixes it in the sdk 10.3 os after installing 10.3
