Z10STL100-1/10.1.0.4633

I need to downgrade..

After update this os my device shutdown it self after my battery 50/60 %..

I try reload by link(clean) /wipe by phone/Hard reset/pull battery/sim..nothing happen..but if i plugged usb charger it turn on and show red battery/empty ,after 5 minutes it turn on it self.. -_-

Although there are newer OSs than 10.1.0.1720 out that aren't 10.1.0.4633.

Download it and extract it with 7-Zip, which will give you an autoloader to work with.

This is packaged from files from BBRY's servers, so it's as official as it'll get. I still recommend installing a later version (10.2.0.1791, 10.1.0.4828 if you don't want 10.2, 10.1.0.2151 if you don't want 10.2 or the 10.1 MR), but it's up to you.

if I check latest update, it just 10.1.0.4181/10.1.0.4633 ota officials on my device or link..not 10.2 update..
After check 10.2 forum it still many bug issues and error from others..

I'm waiting for official release 10.2 on stl100-1..

There's a ridiculous number of variables in play when updating an OS, although updating via autoloader tends to have less problems than an OTA update.

The only official 10.2 OS is 10.2.0.1791. You can get this OTA when it's available from your carrier or use Sachesi to get it now.

Just follow the regular tutorial, but make sure to edit your backup file with Darcy's BlackBerry Tools and/or load your backup with Sachesi, as backups can't normally be restored from higher versions onto lower ones.

Doing it clean generally minimizes errors, it's what I always do.

So your course of action is to run the 10.1.0.1720 autoloader (I still think you should try a different version, but it's up to you), security wipe your phone and start anew.

Help...why my software releases "no information avaliable"?
After update with autoloader, I'm not restored, but security wipe..

I saw in autoloader process, it say OS version DEV...it's developer version??
