    Hi I cant downgrade my os 10.3 beta to my old version os how can I downgrade it without using a autoloader please help thanks. It is possible to downgrade it at hard reset?

    Download BlackBerry Link, connect device to pc/laptop, & visit blackberry.com/update.

    It will detect the device & download the latest official software & install.
