    I am on 10.2.0.429 but when I search for a software update on my z10 it says I'm up to date. I really want to update so I can install apks I'm on 3 UK network I dunno if that can help. Please help!!!

    • Download autoloader version for your phone to your computer (Windows)
    • backup (bb link);
    • Disconnect phone.
    • security wipe (this will take 15 minutes or more, patience my friend)
    • start the autoloader on the computer (double click EXE file)
    • connect phone
    • wait for few minutes.
    • autoloader exits, phone restarts.
    • set up your phone again. (I did not performed Restore)
    • install skype from bb world for lauch of Android runtime
    • goto 1mobile.com in your android browser.
